The fourth quarter buzzer has reached 00:00 for my blog and time seemed to pass so fast. It was a very interesting journey for me being a first time blogger. I remember the first day of class when we mentioned the eight week assignment for blogging I went home and googled it because I was so unaware of such a thing.

I never thought writing on the internet could develop my writing skills. I like this writing technique though, it make me want to write more and was interested the whole eight weeks. Most classes just give you random papers that are out of your comfort zone and not interesting to you. With this blogging we were all able to pick what we wanted to carry for the next eight weeks. I like this style of teaching. I learned more from this class than I did in any of my other English college courses.

With my entries I wanted to keep my readers entertained. At times I felt overwhelmed with the amount of basketball media I found it difficult to narrow down what I wanted to talk about. So I tried different approaches and wrote in different ways out of my comfort zone.

I must say these were not an easy four quarters but I think the end score was in my favor. Not only have I have matured as a writer but also expanded my knowledge from other bloggers who discussed political, economical, and cultural events in their bloggs. I got to see more writing styles used by other sports bloggers and helped me with my writing. This was a good experience for me and I made it!
